Brie Cella is the Programming + Development assistant of Perennial. She learned about the budding social enterprise through an internship at the Regional Arts Commission. “A fantastic project,” she said! Brie is passionate about the arts as an avenue to teach, express and progress towards positive social change. She believes Perennial is a key component to challenging topics such as food politics, environmental concerns and mass consumerism all under one name. Living with her cat, Zoey, in St. Louis, MO, Brie is an active artist & crafter. Her favorite tool is a toss up between a sewing needle and a seam ripper. Brie holds a BFA with an emphasis in Printmedia and Fiber & Material Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
