Perennial realizes the potential of cast-off objects of our society, e.g. furniture, by creatively restoring and returning them to the community. We hope to develop a studio and retail space in St. Louis, MO, which will offer the community a place to discover “do it yourself” solutions and skills to reuse objects and reduce waste. We will offer restoration workshops in our studio space, while our "free" store, featuring restored products priced as "free" with suggested donations, will inspire discussion of truly sustainable lifestyles for all people.

Perennial also plans to focus on the rehabilitation and reintegration of ex-offenders into society by providing them an opportunity to gain job skills. After our program is established in the St. Louis community, we hope to hire ex-offenders training them in customer service in our "free-store" and restoration skills in our studio.

Perennial ultimately seeks to empower every individual to participate fully in their community and incorporate sustainable living solutions within their own lives.
